REBEL SOCIETY is a 4-piece Groove-Alternative Rock band with fresh original songs, and a retro yet innovative sound bringing elements of Pop-Rock, Reggae, and Latin Music together with a new vibrant fresh sound! Since it’s conception in the summer of 2010 their shows have turned cheering crowds into loyal fans. The purpose of REBEL SOCIETY is very specific: To have a signature sound, involving great songs, catchy hooks with a rockin band!
SOCIEDAD REBELDE is Joel Nunez on Vox/Lead Gtr, Tony Montana on Bass/ Vocals, and Jonathan Ricci on Drums “We have always been friends, and just wanted to make a band were we have fun and do our own thing,” says Tony. REBEL SOCIETY stands for freshness and a certain carefree rush that goes with this carefree generation.
This year 2011 is going to be amazing we are going to NYC for the annual LMAC (Latin Music Alternative Conference) and will be debuting our 1st EP, we will also be on tour this summer performing all over venues from Florida, New Orleans, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico, and finally to California! Then we will be in the studio working on our Debut album “REBEL SOCIETY” which will be out early next year!
