"Reborn Review"

Reborn are indeed just that, rising from an eclectic background in the music industry with new inspirations; they are the ones to keep an ear to the ground for. With new songs always on the go, they're hardworking and their results are worth the effort.

Clever track 'The Offering' features great effects, building breaks and catchy electro, while 'The Floods' is an enchanting slightly unnerving number that challenges and entertains, way to go!

Make sure you listen to Reborn's music on a good stereo, the songs are full of technical surprises that are sure to keep you coming back for more.

Dave Mason
In 1997, Dave started programming drum machines for a small hip-hop group. Later, his experimentation with sampling led to the creation of experimental breakbeat-trance, jungle, drum'n'bass and electro.
This began Dave's journey of musical discovery & experimentation, exposing him to the sounds of Dom & Roland, Rob Playford, Future Sound of London, Lionrock, Meat Beat Manifesto, Kraftwerk, Juan Aitkins and more...

From 1999-2002 Dave was busy promoting and working in the Drum'n'Bass scene in Queensland, Australia through his DJing and Producing under the name of Synetik. His unique style of Drum and Bass was been well received localy and abroad. 'Biotechnology' (Inner Workings) shot to the top 10 position in the MP3.com.au Australian Digital music charts in March 2000 and was shortly after played on SBS TV (Alchemy) as well as being used for background music for 'The Snow Show' on Sky TV & Channel 7.

Dave played at many events such as Gatecrasher (Brisbane 2000 tour), several Adventjah festivals and also at the monthly 'Rinseout' events held by Static 'n' Lincoln and the Malaria crew back in 1999, 2000 and 2001.
