Recalcitrant

Recalcitrant started out in the early 2000's as a hip-hop group. There freshman release "Wisconsinz Nonsinz" was an instant classic in the underground hip hop scene. But as time passed they wanted a more live feel. Since re inventing the band in 2007 Recalcitrant has been playing tons of live gigs all across the Midwest at all types of venues! Not to mention throwing some of the best underground wharehouse parties in the Midwest!! They are a high energy mix of Reggae,Ska,Hip-Hop,Jam,Rock,and Blues..With a positive message In a Marleyesqe type fashion. Recalcitrant is a great soundtrack to the modern mans struggle. Quite simply there message is real! Recalcitrant is an original band with a realistic idea of what the crowd wants!
