Bio
Reckoning was formed by Chris Lambrou, Michael Paeth, Paul Steinwald and Dave Ambrose... who are four veterans of the Chicago Music Scene. The four all recognized that Chicago has a large and loyal R.E.M. following, but that R.E.M. only toured through the the Midwest once every few years.. so the guys thought "Why not give them the next best thing." All four members already looked like their R.E.M. counterpart, and all of them already knew quite a few songs from the R.E.M. catalog.. so Reckoning was born. The band has been performing at venues and festivals throughout the Midwest and have performed in front of crowds as large as 2000 people. Reckoning performs for the love of R.E.M.s music and for the love of performing live and the love of entertaining crowds wherever they go.
