RECO´s history
In 2011 when Daniel came back from Berkley, Carlos and him got together to see if something good could came out of both minds.... it kinda did... So they got an important gig for December 2011, with only two songs written, this obliged them to work faster in order to finish 5 songs for such gig right on time.... At this point an important producer in Mexico, Alex Zepeda, was interested in producing the band for perhaps two records..... So this made the project mature so that they found almost their final sound identity..... but it wasn´t until the band decided to take everything on their hands, in 2012, , to re-produce the whole project....
By this time is when Jose joined the band, at first only as the drummer for live sessions, but he made his way to be the newest member of RECO.
Of course with very diverse influences for Daniel and Carlos, RECO comes with a singular sound, with latin blooded beats, rock riffs and atmospheric delays, RECO finds its personality.....
So when it´s recorded by the band on great studios in Mexico, great possibilities seem to appear, to work with awesome international producers such as STEVE CHURCHYARD and DAVID WAY, and so RECO did....
At this time, the band is working their way through to make a name in the music world.... so give it a listen and tell us what you think!!!!
