Formed in June 2001, the band recorded their first CD the very next month. Since they started playing shows in the fall of '01, the band has developed a large following among college aged kids all over the state, as well as in Massachusetts. The band loves what they do, and it shows up on stage. Energetic, fun, relaxed are just a few words that could describe a Recore show. Influences include: Fuel, Our Lady Peace, Three Doors Down, Green Day, Tool. What sets Recore apart from other bands is the bond that the three band members have. If one didn't know better, one would think it was a band made up of three brothers. This helps make their songs that much tighter and their shows that much better.
