Biography

Singer Steven Judge finally made front page news. Being chosen as a finalist in the Tampa area for the TV show CBS ROCKSTAR SUPERNOVA and being a school teacher was deemed newsworthy. It wasn't long before he had musicians contacting him looking to form a band. George Sikalos and Joel Panganaban make up the three piece that is now known as Red Apple Dynamite.
The band is currently writing material for a new album due out the first of March.

Good stuff:
Steven was chosen as a winner in the Hellgig video scoring contest in 2006 by director Robert Alltman.

The song "I'm Down With You" was one of three runners up in the UK Songwriting Contest and was one of six songs of several thousand to get a perfect peer review score.

Steven was invited to audition at Ruth Eckerd hall for the 2006 Rockstar Supernova show on CBS after the judges saw his video performance of Jeff Buckley's "Hallelujiah"

Steven was placed on Song of the Year's(Sponsored by VH1) suggested artist list in December 2006.

Steven won first place in the May Contemporary Song of the Month contest on Broadjam.com.

Lyrics

I'm Down With You

Written By: Steven Judge

Drawing spiderwebs on white
Skin, controlling what’s inside
Musty closet feels like home
Thirteen sweaters in a row nothing fits anymore

If you wanna scream, scream
If you wanna talk to me I’m listening

I don’t care if the world is against you
I don’t care if your parents disown you
I don’t care if your weirdness defines you
I’m down with you

I don’t care if the fire’s below you
I don’t care if the devils inside you
All I know is I’ll stand right beside you
I’m down with you

Face the mirror to the wall
The negation of what’s lost
Soak your body til it’s gone
“Burn the evidence in the tub”
Cut the thread between your lips
Pull the pins out of your heart
Speak the words that make you sick
Forget his name just call him “it”

If you wanna scream, scream
If you wanna talk to me I’m listening

Chorus

Well he forced you down and he tore away your life
Don’t worry Don’t worry you’re dirty you got your hand in mine

I don’t care if the world is against you, I don’t care if your parents disown you
I don’t care if your weirdness defines you, I’m down with you
You can run if you want I’ll be right behind
Grab a car, see the world and the bright lights
By the way, I know what it feels like
I’m down, with you

Gotta Get Back To Yesterday

Written By: Steven Judge

Yesterday(GOTTA GET BACK TO)

I gotta get back to (YESTERDAY)
I’m gonna pull some strings (YESTERDAY)
I gonna lay my life down (YESTERDAY)
Somehow I gotta replace (YESTERDAY)

Delay tonight Delay tonight til yesterday

I’ll spin the hands around
On every clock in town
And wear my Sunday whites
On Monday morning’s light

I’ll let your secret out
I’ll tell the team about it
I’ll break the bedroom door down
Instead of walking out

I gotta get back

I’ll put the Chevy in reverse watch the sunrise drop
Set the hour hand back for a negative clock
Hold your smile together, I will realize
A beautiful face don’t mean a beautiful life

I’m gonna mark it on my calendar
I’m gonna circle that square
I’m never gonna “X” it
‘Cause it’s never gonna pass

I’m gonna call your Momma
I’m gonna treat her kind
I’m gonna share your secret
I’m gonna save your life

Dancing On Your Own

Written By: Steven Judge

Dancing On Your Own

I remember my little girl when she came into this world
Her perfect hands and tiny feet brought this towering man to his knees
To pray to God how could I be the best teacher any man could be
He said a child will never learn to walk if she’s always in her daddy’s arms

It was her first lightning storm, I saw this little girl outside my door
Could take her in with her mother and me, but that would just be too easy
So I crouched down, looked in her eyes, I said
Take a deep breath and stop your crying
Turn around, make a mean little face
You and dad’ll put that storm in its place

Put your feet on my feet, put your hands in my hands
And we’ll dance through the challenges, I’ll lead you just stand
When I’m confident you’re ready
I’ll step back and watch with pride
As you open your eyes
And see that you’ve been dancing on your own

Remember my teenage girl, don’t know how I ever lived through it all
2 A.M. the phone did ring, and a timid voice whispers to me
I’m with some friends, you know the ones, who I was told to stay away from
They’re taking chances, I’m making choices, I need a ride from someone I can trust

Chorus

Remember though I gave you away and
A younger partner has taken my place
There’s always room for little pink feet
On these weathered shoes, for a lady, who will always be a little girl to me

Put your feet on my feet
Put your hands in my hands
And we’ll dance through the night
I’ll lead and you just stand
And now I’m confident you’re ready
I’ll step back and watch with pride
In a bitter sweet delight
To see my baby dancing on her own
