Redeemed

This band was formed in 2001 in a very unlikely place. Barry Pilson and James Rutledge met while serving time in prison. Upon their release dates they began planning and practicing what God had instilled within them. They set their goals and prayerfully sought God’s direction for the right path, and the right partners for this ministry. A welcome addition came in Brandon Hodges. He instantly became a member, not only of the band but of the calling as well. James left the band in 2003 to pursue another calling. Along time friend of Barry’s soon filled the void. Jeff Pendleton, the man who led Barry to Christ while he was in prison, became the new drummer. After making a guest appearance on the album Revival Angela Hodges, Brandon’s wife, became a member of the band. Everyone came from different places in life but they share the same vision, to glorify the Lord and to show people there is always hope.
