Bio
Red Light Remedy formed in early 2008 at Ball State University in East-Central Indiana. The band is made up of 5 musicians, including 2 guitars, keys, bass, and drums. Influences range from Rock to Jazz, Motown Soul and R&B to Pop. Each member brings a little something different. Singer and guitarist Colin Elliott provides powerful and inspiring vocals. Lead guitarist Chris Bolint shreds with tasteful fills and amazing solos. Ian Taylor, on keys, tickles the ivory adding a jazzy groove and amazing solos as well. Bass player Matt Szumski provides a driving force that keeps the band rocking long into the night. And drummer Derek Shelton's rhythmic beats add the necessary backbone while shinning all on his own. Together the music they make is pleasing to the ears and ready to be brought your way.
The band is also currently in the studio working on a full length, professional quality CD to distribute.
