"Band of the Month"

BAND OF THE MONTH

Welcome to Texas's best kept musical secret! The music of Red Rogers & The Durty Dawgs. Where has this guy been! Obviously Texas don't want to share! "Tailz from the Dawgside" is one great cd. Starting with "motorscooter" which drives you into a sprawling Texas musical landscape of rock and roll and the blues. An album of honest and uncompromisingv music. There are sounds of Thin Lizzy, Cream, all overlaid with the searing guitar work of Red Rogers, reminiscent of the late great Gary Moore. All this woven together by Red and the band. Buy this and release Texas's best kept secret onto the rest of the world. You won't be disappointed

The other two cds available are the acoustic "The Lonely Highway" The Acousic Sessions and the more bluesy " Hot in the Box"..... well......get them too!

- Jerry Bedford
