Boston based roots rock/americana collective Redwood Honey are turning heads and ears with their debut release that came out just last week titled "Wandering Mind". The guys have created a truly special effort that reflects where each of the band members are in their personal and professional lives, and seeks to expand their sound to a larger audience as well. The group consists of Sam Haiman on lead vocals and guitar, CC Ellis on bass, Nick Groat on drums, Matt Daspit on keys, and Joey Dougherty on guitar. Their sound is somewhat in between The Avett Brothers and The Head and The Heart with an explosive emotional charge to match that makes them a hot ticket right out of the gate. I really became comfortable with the guys right from the start, and they definitely left me with a lasting impression that shows how heartfelt, genuine, and compassionate these guys are and what they're really like when you hear and see them in concert. Boston band Redwood Honey has just recorded their debut album Wandering Mind. Formed in early 2018 they’ve wasted no time in putting their stamp on the American music scene.

Comprised of Sam Haiman – vocals/guitar, CC Ellis – bass, Nick Groat – drums, Matt Daspit – keys and Joey Dougherty – guitar, Redwood Honey started recording the album whilst being students at Berklee College of Music.
