Renowned Canadian singer-songwriter Steve Dickinson and his thundering rock vocals round out this new Motor City classic rock powerhouse duo.... Steve’s honest “working man” vocal delivery and outstanding talent for storytelling have found a natural home in Detroit, “Rock City”!
Alto and Steve’s friendship and partnership grew from Alto’s first exposure to Steve’s demo, more than five years ago, while Alto was in search of a vocalist for his “Super Band”, Alto Reed’s Rock & Roll All Stars. Alto took one listen and immediately phoned Steve and invited him to join the band as lead vocalist.
Along with Steve’s husky blue-collar voice and fine interpretive style came a huge bonus, the exceptional song writing talent and ever-expanding song catalog that would eventually set the tone for their newly forged band and debut album, Tonight We Ride, which Active Rock stations are enthusiastically adding to playlists across the U.S. and Canada.
