Refuso is a post-psychedelic rock band from Rome-Italy.
In April 2009 Refuso wrote and played live on stage the soundtrack for a theatrical act called "I Quaderni di Lia" ("Lia's Diaries").
From that event the musical direction seemed to be on the right atmospheres to be played on its own or together with images or other arts.
After recording a three-tracks promo cd in December 2009, on 09 of January 2010 the song "Il Volo della Farfalla Ipnotica" ("Der Flug Der Ipnotische Schmetterling") by Refuso was aired on Radio WDR Funkhaus Europa in the area of Berlin and Brandeburg.
On april 2010 Refuso shared the stage of the Mads Club in Rome with The Gecko from Berlin and the two band will play together in Berlin on october 2010.
On the 22nd of may 2010 Dario has been guest in the program "La Dolce Vita" on WDR Radio Funkhaus Europa in Berlin together with Sonia Brex and Andrea Benini, italian musicians living in Berlin.
On the 30th of may 2010 the documentary "Imagine N.Y." directed by Eros Achiardi-soundtrack by Refuso was screened on the Road Junky Films Festival in Berlin.
Refuso band have also an homebase in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
