Rell Markz

Rell Markz, born Terell Marks, June 2, 1995 is a song writer, and  hip hop recording artist. Born in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn, the youngest brother of three. Raised by a single Mother, Rell was no stranger to the streets; or hip hop culture. When Rell was 9 yaers old, he began to write down the lyrics to his favorite hits and perform them at  family, and local functions. It wasn't long after that when he started to write his own material. In less than a year, Rell, was recognized, by his then school, and awarded the opportunity to perform some of his works at  L.I.U.'s college events. He made his 1st studio recording in 2008, at age 13, titled "Practice Don't make Perfect".  Although Rell enjoyed the local fame his music generated, hard times befell his family and as a result, Rell took to the streets. After a few run-ins with law enforcement, and a near death experience, Rell decided to take His craft more serious. Teaming with fellow artist Young M A, and La Danger to produce the Brooklyn Chiraq freestyle, and the response it garnered, was all Rell needed to prompt him to release his 1'st Debut E.P. titled"RellMarkable"; available @ DatPiff.com. Rell is very active and currently completing his new project, titled "Now or Never", to be released early 2018.
