Bio
Replaced Music is the band of vocalist Michel Pelckmans, who has been writing and recording songs since 1995 with several bands. Michel is obsessed with music and words. At the age of 16, he hosted his own radioshow on Radio Centraal in Antwerp. He made 2 albums with his rockband “The Answer�: "Plan B" in 2005 and "Homages" in 2009.
In april 2012 the band changed it's name to "Replaced Music" and released a third album that same year.
Michel Pelckmans has been strongly influenced by Moondog Jr. (ex Zita Swoon) and dEUS, two bands for whom lyrics are similarly important. Other influences are REM, Paradisio, George Michael, U2 and Eurythmics.
