RESORT attack the entire spectrum of music, creatively adjusting the genre to "our" sound. Which we believe to be alive, vibrant, emotional, etherial, original and above all entertaining. The 5 of us have fun and engage not only music with our audience but also humour and greatly value the sweat on our brow. Influences range from Quantic Soul Orchestra, Everything But The Girl, Nightmares On Wax, Sade, Groove Armada, Grace Jones, Jazzanova and Lamb to Diana Krall, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Madonna and Al Green. The story is to get our sound amongst the ears of punters and keep our riffs singing from their mouths.
