Patsy Walker - Featured Vocalist. Patsy brings years of musical experience performing with some Chicago's finest Blues and Jazz groups. Patsy was offered to join Patti LaBelle as a back up vocalist, but chose to start and raise a family early in her career. With a diverse repertoire, your next event will be graced by Patsy's vocal abilities and wonderful stage performance.
Alex Scepanovich - Keyboards and Co-Founder. Alex brings his vocal and synthesizer abilities to the bands groove. Alex has performed in many facets of live performance: corporate events, weddings, festivals, private events, and clubs. Alex worked with many of Chicago's great bands and set out to make his own mark on the live music scene with Retroactive over 13 years ago.
John Ramonez - Drums, Vocals, & Co-Founder. John performed with a group called the Macabrians back i n the 60's and with Uptown Fever back in the 70's. He opened up for groups such as The New Colony Six and The Crying Shames. John co-founded Retroactive in 1995 with Alex. The patriarch of the band, John ensures your event runs smoothly and with his rhythmic bliss on drums and percussion , he'll guarantee your guests are dancing!
Dave Amici - Guitar & Vocals. Dave contributes a wide variety of tonal colors to Retroactives music in a sophisticated style. Dave has performed in just about every music circuit from Las Vegas to Chicago.
Rick Kot - Saxophone & Vocals. Rick has performing as he states "since forever". His vocal styling will captivate your guests with Rock n' Roll and R & B, and then he starts wailing his heart away on Sax!! You'll also get a special treat when he picks up the tambourine. Rick has also peerformed the National
Anthem for 4 Chicago White Sox games as a soloist.
Tony Wisniewski - Bass. Tony is a self taught musician and has played bass for 40+ years. Tony was a member of and recorded for the well known band Pendragon throughout the 70's. Tony's fingers work the magic on bass in any style of music, He plays upright bass in a jazz band on the side. An all around musicians bassist, Tony's thumping beat on the bass guitar is the heartbeat of Retroactive.......
Carlos Aquino - Trumpet & Percussion. A studied trumpeter for 20+ years, he is also an astute percussionist as well. Angel Melendez and his 911 Mamabe Orchestra and Jesus Enriques and his Orchestra, and The Business are among some of the premier bands with which he has performed. Carlos has brought some of the Latin spice to Retroactive and together with Rick on Sax, Retroactive's horn section is on fire
