Biography

Corey Lewis “AKA” REYCO LAW was born in
Toronto, Ontario (Canada), on July 26, 1985.
Born of Jamaican parents, He is the eldest of
six siblings. In 1994 Corey’s love for music
gradually began at the young age of 9, while
lip singing songs of young artist Tevin Campbell
to entertain his friends and family. His joy for
performance grew stronger during his years
in junior high and later in high school. As his
admiration for the art of the rap music grew,
artist Jay-Z and Biggie Smalls mostly influenced
Corey’s love for Rap Music. In 1998 Corey began
to write his lyrics and was inspired to a much
higher energy after the release of Jay-Z ‘s Hard
Knock Life album. After making a few mix tapes
Over the years he decided to develop his own
independant label.In 2004 he started one called
RELOAD IT RECORDS which was a result of the
intro words by “ Pain In The Ass” off the Jay-z album.
Corey took time out to study his own craft and
developed his style that is like none other in the
industry here in Canada. His unique style allows
him to incorporate reggae with hip hop/rap. Generated
by a new buzz in 2002 , Corey picked up on rap artist
50 Cent of (G-UNIT RECORDS). His desire to rap grew
even stronger since then. Corey has been rapping for
as long as 13 years as an unknown artist to some.
He is really eager to see his career move forward in the
rap industry. It is his desire to be signed as a solo artist on 50 Cent’s (G-UNIT RECORDS). He is hopeful that
one day he will be the one to lead hip-hop in Canada and some day world wide. Corey wants to work with
50 Cent and G-UNIT to get him where he needs to be. Corey’s dream is to be the first rap artist out of Toronto,
Canada to ever sign to a label like (G-UNIT RECORDS). If not Corey will continue to proceed with the harsh
reality of the struggle he faces as he moves forward on his journey to success!
