Rezzar

Ever since listening to major influences such as Krewella, Skrillex, and Zomboy since 2012, Kevin L. Coffman fell in love with EDM music and was inspired to create it since the bass drops sounded like "the way I felt when I was bullied". Going through various names as his quality improved such as Mi$ta hYdE, Nexxuss, and Soundz Like NoiZe, Coffman finally decided on the name "RezZAR" after trying to come up with a shortened name for "DJ Rezzurection" which he felt too cliche. "The avatar of RezZAR, or THE RezZAR as my boss would call me, is simply just this green skeleton glowing with energy. I wanna show people how much their looks and personal differences don't need to be shamed, especially when we're all partying together." Since his renaming, Coffman has officially released 4 albums: "Rezzurection", "Synthetic Worlds", "BassReaper" and most recently, "Home Again" which he claims to be the best of his previous albums."An EDM concert is where I feel most at home" Coffman said. "It is where I feel I belong and can socialize.This is that serious journey. I'm trying to be at that place as much as I can. That's where this "Home Again" concept stems from." Coffman hopes to "get out of nowheresville" with his music and move on to bigger locations such as LA, Chicago, or New York, citing that a bigger EDM audience will be waiting.One characteristic of RezZAR that many fans of his praise is his energetic stage presence. Tevin Jones, a collaborator once said "No matter where he is, his voice wakes you up and gets you pumped. Then he drops a beat and it begins."
