Rhythm NuN

Rhythm NuN

We are Rhythm NuN; a funk-metal-rap-jam-psychadelic band that lives strictly for the music. We are a live band that have an explosive stage presence and crowd control. We eat, live, and breatheRhythm NuN and have been together for five and a half years now, gigging constantly. Blaze on!

Our story...

Rhythm Nun was formed five years ago when unknown forces brought three young goofball musicians together. That day, August 28, 2001, was the beginning of a musical revolution. Ryan, Eric, and Jon were soon transformed into Gizzoli, Edyke, and Crummy "J-Cream" Donut. These three musicians went through singer after singer and nothing ever seemed to work out. It was almost as if the Nun 3 were meant to be. On one fateful day, they gave up the search for the perfect singer and decided it was time to step up to the plate. Edyke and Donut became the vocalists and the product is a brand new type of music. Everyone has their own perspective on the nun. But one thing is for sure, "RHYTHM NUN KICKS A DICK IN!!!!!"

What sets us apart from other bands...

Our singers are the drummer and bass player which is a fairly different setup from most trios. The guitar player is left handed and the style is out of this world. Combining funk, metal, rap, psychadelic, pop, and countless other styles...Rhythm NuN has an indistinguishable sound! Also our songs are epics averaging between 8-10 minutes (Pink Floyd, Dream Theater, Old Metallica, Hendrix)

Our Influences...

Pantera, Rage Against the Machine, Primus, 311, Sublime, Jurassic 5, Old school rap, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Korn, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Metallica, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, Machinehead, Lamb of God, Black Sabbath, Audioslave, early Incubus, and countless others!
