What happens when you combine Ribkat (Fort Minor, Styles Of Beyond) with a classy, vibrant Puerto Rican girl named Josy B...can you say supernova? Imagine a twosome with a twist of early 90's Hip Hop and a splash of the 80's era in its prime. With placement in the Ocsar nominated movie The Wrestler, a 2008 Hollywood Music Award nomination and an Effigy Award for best Hip Hop song in 2009 under their belts, this duo has arrived to color in the shades of grey in what we call the music world today.
With a signature sound like no other, Ribkat and Josy B take you to a place where music is more of a feeling and not a face. Ribkat's innovative, euphoric production and rhyme style along with Josy's enchanting vocal melodies intrigues consumers with purpose, reassuring them with confidence that the birth of this genesis will illuminate music with the positive mentality of the 80’s.
