Richard J. Lewis is an outstanding entertainer who is fast emerging as one of the UK’s leading piano singer-songwriters.
His home-produced debut album attracted a BBC Songwriting award and since then his live show has made him a sought-after act at London venues such as Bush Hall, Water Rats Theatre and The Troubadour as well as an appearances in Japan and as support for Robert Mitchell, winner of Gilles Peterson’s jazz album of the year.
He will be touring with Grammy award-winning drummer Rees Bridges and brother Glenn Bridges on double bass, with tracks from his forthcoming album currently in production at the world famous Strongroom Studios in Shoreditch, London.
2009 live dates include Pizza Express, Café de Paris and autumn/winter Festivals as well as numerous other appearances in Kent and London.
