Rich Mo

Rich Mo, born Richard Anthony Hibbert, realized his passion for music at a very early age. At age twelve, Rich Mo was discovered performing at a neighborhood fashion show in The Bronx. There he was introduced to Greg Hunt, a young and aspiring manager. This would mark the beginning of Rich’s journey to stardom.

Under Greg’s management Rich and his friends formed a group called “The Bookworms”. The group patented themselves as rappers delivering “hardcore lyrics straight from the library”. After several dynamic performances, The Bookworms signed a deal with Motown Records with Greg Hunt as their manager. Unfortunately, Greg would depart the music industry for a career in law. The Bookworms now had to pursue their careers in different directions.

With a renewed fervor to make it as a rapper, Rich Mo began to showcase his lyrical prowess battling any and all MC’s who dared to face him. Rich succeeded in securing an underground following, but he required the right management to propel him to the next level.

Now a key member of AWGIU Entertainment, an independent management company, Rich Mo has written and recorded several songs soon to be released. At 23, Rich Mo hails himself the greatest freestyle artist there is and is now ready to prove it to the world…
