Richy Hyliger

Richy Hyliger brings out a varied styled EP “Orlando Rhyder,” consisting of five songs. The majority of the tracks were produced by Bizness Boi, one produced by Sleepwvlker and another by Kareful x Myst. The production has a sprawling fusion to it. There are a lot of combinations in the beats which makes them compacted and heavy. Hyliger’s harmonies make the perfect blend with all of the songs, especially with a heavy bass intensifying the sound of the beat. The bit of auto-tune and vocal effects intact with the beats making everything flow together. Given that he is from Texas I can see some resemblance with the his voice to that of Travi$ Scott’s. Not that it is the exact same autotune but it is fair to say that it was influenced. Which in Hyligers case it is a major plus to the tone and production of his music. It goes with him. A lot of what Hyliger speaks about in Orlando Rhyder is about personal experiences with women, growing as a person and a musician. This is a pretty enjoyable EP. Earlier this week, Richy Hyliger brought us something different with his song titled “9 TO 5.” Hyliger called up producer KINGBNJMN for the beat, and he made sure to give the listeners something out of the norm. The song itself has conscious use of autotune over a new-wave instrumental. Richy Hyliger, one of the waviest human beings on the planet, just dropped off a dope little banger in “9 To 5.” This man is super talented with his voice, because when I hear him, it’s so pure and innocent.
