"Richy Rych brings us Jamaica Rap"

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 12, 2010 – RICHY RYCH

Richard Daley was born to Dawn Samms and Ricky Ricardo Daley in Kingston/Jamaica. It was in Jamaica where he began to develop a liking for rap music. He recorded his first track at Rokus Records in Jamaica in 2007. Rap was his choice then and still is to this day. In 2008, Richard received an athletic scholarship in the United States to attend Lincoln University in Jefferson, Mo.. Getting that scholarship, he began to focus on his particular need as to the professional level in which he wanted to reach regarding his music. Since being in Missouri, he performed at large venues such as the Blue Note in Colombia, Mo. He has also opened for Reggae superstar, Tanya Stephen and Serani in St. Louis at a place called The Venue.

Today Richy has released his debut CD titled “Certified-G”. His single with the same title is a textbook regarding hard working people that hold down 9-5 jobs. This song is about being prepared to take the reigns in your life and making things happen – in a positive way. This song is inspirational, emotional and powerful. The arrangement is poppin’ with hooks and plenty of swagger. You just can’t stop your body from moving to this song.

Richy’s style of music is a fusion between Jamaican rap and urban hip hop. All his songs are well blended, very radio friendly and have long term sustainability. That’s what you need to be successful in the music industry – creativity and talent.

This CD is available in its digital form at this time. You can listen to and/or purchase his songs by logging onto any of the following sights:
