The New York raised, Reeky Raw aka RickTheRaw is an Independent artist who's rooted in Queens. Rising from humble beginnings Rick keeps displaying his potential to withstand obstacles that stand before him.
After taking a break from his passion to take care of his mental health after the losing his mom who passed away from breast cancer in 2018, Reeky is back working on new music again which he plans to release in 2021. The New York native keeps you engagged with raw energy, flows & lyrical abilities proving that there is always room for improvement. Reeky's inspiration & motivation to chase his music career stems from his daily life ,his environment, his struggles , community & other lives around him. At a young age he was noticed by the legend Talib Kweli when freestyling with a group of friends on the corner of a busy Manhattan block across the street from Madison Square Garden. Since then he has caught the attention of blogs such as Allunsigned.com, Indienation.com & such more. Rick has also showcased his talent performing with Coast to Coast Live & Major concert series in NYC.
