"Donnie Meals/Edit Point Studios"

The music within this CD project is but a glimpse into the heart and soul of an individual who could have been content with being a past fixture in the San Antonio music scene. Instead, here is a “rebirth” of an artist who shines brilliantly… and someone I’m proud to call my friend! Relax, sit back, enjoy and be inspired.

"Artist's Thoughts"

As music director of the growing music ministry at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Spring Branch, Texas, my life has gained profound meaning. Performing songs of faith and praise in a contemporary style is a perfect fit because, "You may be the only bible some people will ever read". Music is nothing without purpose. - Rick Ramirez

Rick has recorded or performed with such artists as Selena, Patsy Torres, Bobby Flores, Rick Cavender and countless other artists and is an in-demand session player.

Feeling a bit camera shy

Piano driven trio (sometimes quartet) with influences ranging from Elton John, Van Morrison, Billy Joel, Cold Play to Chick Corea, Steely Dan and John Mayer. The heartfelt musical interpretation and lyrical romanticism makes Rick Ramirez a true original.
