Ricochet

Ricochet are a 3 piece Indie post-punk band from Telford, they consist of Sandeep Kumar on lead vocals & guitar, Scott Thompson on bass & backing vocals & CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A NEW DRUMMER to complete the line-up. They have been together now since October 2007 and since then have played a multitude of gigs around the local area and beyond including Stafford University and Wolverhampton’s own Little Civic. Their influences include The Libertines, The Strokes, Babyshambles, Dirty Pretty Things & Travis Barker all of which show in their songs and playing style. Ricochet have just recorded their new demo CD in Manchester, which will be distributed free to industry and limited copies to fans as well. The band are being managed by Manchester based artist manager Ste Pearce who also works for Futurecho Records, a new label run by the newly formed Manchester College, who will be taking their new compilation release to South by South West in Texas this year & OMGACOW! Promotions based in Manchester. Ricochet are aiming to do more gigs around England this year with their expanding fan base and increasing industry recognition and are ready to take the next step into the music industry.
