Ridock King is a Philadelphia Native and hiphop/rock artist. Greatly influenced by hip hop music King began writing rhymes at the age of nine. He cites a few hip hop legends as being mentors of his through their music. Although, he began writing rhymes before he was a teenager, he did not begin recording until the age of 19. He has honed his rhyming skills over the years by constantly writing songs and frequent studio visits. Although, some define his style as conscious and political, King has developed into a well rounded hip hop/rock artist with the ability to touch on various subjects and topics effectively. Ridock King has successfully performed at Kutztown University; he has also performed at Sullivan Hall New York City. Ridock King continues to build a following. He is an awesome live performer and hip hop artist that continues to become better. He has a project that will be released July 23, 2013 named “Dreamy U.N.conscious” which has many individuals and supporters anticipating its release. - Joshua Keller
