Who is Rief - O

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Rief-O is a well rounded, hard spitting Hip/Hop recording artist. At an early age Rief-O fell in love with the art of music. Influenced by other Hip/Hop acts like Jay-Z, Fabolous, Jadakiss, and T.I. just to name a few. He began recording music as a hobby with his cousin Drollic while attending High School in nearby Amityville, New York.

 After a series of life changing events stemming from living that “street life”and the birth of his first daughter, Rief-O knew he needed to make a change in his life. " I figured, Why risk myself, I just write in rhymes/and let you feel me, and if you don’t like it then fine.”– Jay-Z. Living with this mindset, he hooked back up with his cousin Drollic, who by then had formed the production company Maniax Muzik LLc and began recording music on a professional level, chasing a dream that began so long ago for himself.
Equipped with witty metaphors, viscous flows and true knowledge of what he spits, Rief-O has been able to get himself featured on a few local DJ mix tapes, as well as featured on a few local artist mix tapes. With these accomplishments under his belt, Rief-O is now ready to makethat change in his life. Accompanied by Drollic’s hard hitting instrumentals and visions ofgreatness, Rief-O is here to state his claim in the hip/hop game and shock the world.
