Righteousness N Omri

This Sagittarian / Capricorn, “The Face of Righteousness” hails from Rose Hill district in St. Mary, noted that the message he has, must become an individual promise and a token to his audience, with the development of his debut album, he feels that dedication to the music is instrumental for good, clean, conscious vibes as it speaks it’s own “language of life”. “My mood coincide with the changes of life, and as an entertainer, by performance, it must be an art and a science. The methodology of delivering my performance must be an orchestrated one, not void, but filled with audience expectation that will eventually bring forth satisfaction”.
Omri is the light that is here to brighten up the music industry and it all comes naturally. This young man only eleven years old but already has the resume of a veteran in the business. Omri is a dancer, actor, rapper, musician (drums, keyboards) and he is ready to take the world by storm. His debut single in “Omri is my name” is a hit among his peers and the adults are also feeling his energy. If you ever get the chance to see Omri in action make sure you do or you might just regret it because he is definitely going to be around for a long time.
Righteousness and Omri has been making a name for themselves with some blazing performances at Jamaica day, 6 degrees, Cameron house, All white affair, Culture fest, Town Talk restaurant and bar, Notorious, Coffee Culture, Lambadina lounge, Club mirage to name a few, “We are here for the people and we will always give them their money’s worth and more” says a focused and determined Righteousness.
In 2007 Righteousness and Omri released their debut single “Gonna be a star” featuring one of Jamaica’s fastest female rising Angel. The song deals with the life and struggles of the artiste while doing their thing as they spread their message of Righteousness to the world. The track was co-produced by Delroy “fatta” Pottinger and DJ O’Neil who are also credited as recording and mixing engineers. Featured musician is the great Computer Paul who is responsible for the longest running #1 reggae single “God is standing by” by George Knooks and also Inner Circle’s biggest hit “Bad boy what u gonna do”.
The next release from this dynamic duo is “Father and Son” which is set for release fall 2012. The song is produced by Elite Media Productions and the father and son duo is also credited as musicians and engineers on this track. The video is now in production so look out for that because it’s going to be hot. The song will be available for download on iTunes so make sure you get your copy.
The Face of Righteousness and Omri are independent artist that has the focus and determination that’s going to propel them to the top of the music business and all they need is some time to prove it all to you. The Face of Righteousness and Omri shall lead the way.
