"What People Are Saying"

God's The One For Me [play]
Band: DefAnointed International
Genre: Dance (Inspirational Soul)

Well i guess its house
Kinda cheesy
the scratching is ok
Not really original
The vocals are cool not a bad attemp
- MathewMartinez from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on 15May2007 Nice song

Excelent song! Very nicely done, tasteful..Song has some of Seal feel to it, nice twist to step away from usual gospel type music and bring something fresh. Overall i like it, very nice work, keep working im sure it will only get better.
- lyubm from Portland, Oregon on 8May2007

Wow...very interesting.
I gravitate towards music that lifts me, whether its gospel or funky beats or dance grooves. And here YOU are blending all 3! Expertly. I'm not sure why I feel there is a cloudiness in the bass alone. Vocals are beautifull and clear so its not the overall production, just the bass where I hear it. I'd buy the cd and play it for friends. Keep it going!
- MrGabriel from Lubbock, Texas on 26Apr2007

Smooth Production
This sounds retro, sort of steve silk hurley, with a little bit of mid 90's in there too. Vocals are excellent. I little bit retro for some tastes, but that's no bad thing. I like it. Good chord structure too.
- andypop2 from Manningtree, United Kingdom on 19Apr2007

this song has so much potential iam freaking , listen all you have to do is make one killer melody keep the song the way it is add it and turn the cymbil hits on the corus up and alot of people will demand this song keep it up....oh and matbe add some fx's to your vocals
- leonsurette from Unspecified on 16Apr2007

NICE vocal
NICE vocal. This is a cool funky piece. Great vocal work. lovely bass. I will only suggest speading it up a bit and work more on the beat section. It needs to stand out and have its character. Cool
- afahmy from Cairo, Egypt on 2Apr2007 My review

Good beat. Lyrics are okay and singer's voice really good. Overall production quality lack a bit of finishing touch. Trebble is too low. Keep it up.
- Jlapierre from Canada on 2Mar2007

pop song...
theres nothing too special about this song, it sounds like every other pop star out there. a guy singing very high like justin timberlake. the rythym and melody sound like some generic beat taken from a keyboard and the whole song is mediocre.
- Submissed from Warwick, New York on 22Feb2007

I really like the soulful vocals.
The track unfortunately lets the vocals down :( in my opinion.

I would really like to do a remix though!!!!!
- PlayAce from Dublin, Ireland on 19Feb2007 a bit slow

A bit too slow song. It has nice vocals over the rhythm. It might be a 20 bpm faster and it would work for me. Nice synths indeed.
- roope from Finland on 19Feb2007 DJ Zidan review

Very very nicely made song 4 ppl who want 2 smile, the vocals r outstanding and the beat is rocking
- KareemZidan from Cairo-Maadi, Egypt on 18Feb2007

Yeah Baby!
Good Dance track.. started dancing here at my computer while reviewing!
Good Job
Dance, and maybe a hint of jazz?
Great vocals, Great Bass, Great Drums!
Top track all the way down the line
Good Job!
- Technetium from Seattle, Washington on 16Feb2007

Funky Sub-Bass
Very nice tune. A funky sub-bass intro and soulful vocal. Nice keyboards - reminds me of back in the day. I don't have anything bad to say about this track, it's funky and uplifting.
- Flecks from Devon, United Kingdom on 15Feb2007 Wow

wow, nice track here. Take me back in time. The vocals are truly amazing they sound just like the original, is this just a remix or is this a total remake of the track with a new vocalist. if so it's amazing. mix may need some work but excellelnt
- Power2Move from Flushing, New York on 12Feb2007

I would take out the sound at the beginning. I thought that the beat would be musch faster and it was a let down. With that aside, the production is good. The vocals are clear and he has a great quality to his voice
- fusion1 from Long Beach, California on 9Feb2007

you sure
Nice hooky start. How you get away with those samples on this site? Not sure how much of this is your work! Still enjoyable.
- ukslice from Edinburgh, Midlothian, United Kingdom on 6Feb2007

House Potential
This song has some great house potential...there is scratching in the begining that takes more than it gives but this song great! 4 out 5
- SpaceBoy1 from Webster, Texas on 30Jan2007

- NEWREDARMY from Biloxi, Mississippi on 29Jan2007

sounds nice and clear. The sounds used are really cool. as the track progresses it gets better, pretty cool. I like the old school vibe.
- micro282 from Unspecified on 28Jan2007
