Ripfence has had numerous lineup changes over the years since formed in 1998. (like most bands) We feel at the present time we have the combination that we desire. The band has had many metal influneces. Testament,Iron Maiden, The Haunted,Death,Morbid Angel,Slayer Pantera, all the bands with what we truly believe have the most talent behind their instruments. The band recorded a demo CD in the Spring of 2000 which saw many months of local radio play on WRBC local Bates college radio in Maine. Ripfence created a small fan base in the Lewiston -Auburn Maine area and has played in RI and NH many times. Ripfence is currently seeking a label and is recording a more professional sounding demo called Abusive Power.
The band will continue to play live gigs and write music that commands respect on the talent scale.
