Bio
The Riseband is headed and formed by Mr. Ernest Bennett in 1978. The name Rise formulated from the great trumpeter Mr. Herb Alpert, one of Mr. Ernest Bennett's idols. Mr. Wynton Marsalis is one of Mr. Bennett's biggest influence. Riseband is a prolific 10 member R&B/Funk/Jazz ensemble that performs music on a large scale format that covers all styles of music and has a big band sound that will rock the house. This band is a show to see, so we'll see you on the dance floor.
