RiseN Music Ministry grew to be a seven piece Rockin' Blues Band but is now my wife, Linda and myself only. Other Band members left after the first year due to various health and personal reasons. Our Music is based on the Blues as Phil came out of Stone Cold Blues as the Bass player after playing around New England for a few years. We love the Blues and attend many shows and all the greats have influenced us!!!
We bring a message of recovery sharing our experience, strength and hope with our music and personal testimony. Our music is set apart by the fact that my wife, Linda and I do it all with God's Love and able, very able assistance.
I've always played a little guitar but the last three and a half years I've been playing lots and I believe that I have a unique style that continues to grow with my ten guitars and various combinations used!!!
We take great pride in spending the last two years putting the backing tracks down to sing and play along to. I'm not a great singer but it's what we have as God sees fit!
RiseN Music Ministry was my wife, Linda's idea prior to meeting me two and a half years ago. She had no idea that I was a musician and so far it's been a great journey.
