Rival Waves is from Austin, Texas. They create propulsive, melodic rock fused with a relentless disruptive post-punk aesthetic. The band’s musical influences stem from the guitar-fueled sonics of classic rock, the raw, earnest power of punk and hardcore, the restless creativity of alternative, and the myriad sounds emanating within the band’s hometown.
