River City Kids is a four-piece post hardcore band from Neosho Rapids, Kansas, comprised of brothers Dylan and Tyler Rhoads and their good friends Braxton Taylor and Brandon Savage.
After many failed musical ventures, the Rhoads brothers decided to do things together, with Tyler on lead guitar and Dylan on vocals and rhythm guitar, and in October of 2014 they released two demo songs, Neverfall and Shipwrecked. Shortly after, their good friend Kaleb Souther joined the band as their drummer.
After searching for more members, releasing their first self-recorded and self-produced EP, Neverfall, and the departure of Kaleb, they found vocalist Braxton Taylor and guitarist Tyler Stafford. Stafford and the band parted ways a few months later, and third vocalist Brandon Savage joined the lineup.
They are currently writing for a second EP to be released in early 2016.
