Whiskey Jacket

Written By: Henry Hotkowski

Whiskey jacket, goggle eyes,
Tried to leave here, and survived,
Up on the highway, big surprise,
Lights in my mirror, DUI,

Drinkin and drivin, going to jail,
I hope someone will make my bail,
Drinkin and drivin, going to jail,
I hope someone will make my bail,

Two days later, before the judge,
They tried my case, he wouldn't budge,
Pulled outta court, in a trance,
All because of that whiskey romance,

Drinkin and drivin, going to jail,
I hope someone will make my bail,
Drinkin and drivin, going to jail,
I hope someone will make my bail

Drinkin and drivin, going to jail,
I hope someone will make my bail,
I've learned my lesson, won't do it again,
Cause instead of whiskey, I'll be drinkin gin

Roadside Blues

Written By: Peter Trabbucchi, Henry Hotkowski

“Roadside Blues”

Deep in the River Baby,
I went down to the docks.
Walking up to Chester,
Just to climb on those rocks.
My Momma told me of Danger,
I said momma I ain’t scared.
Took a ferry to the bury.
Just to see if Jon was there.
I looked all around me,
And found that the rhythm was fair.

Going to Massachusets,
Just to play the Wellesley bar,
Then it occurred to us, that Boston was not far.
From Boston up to Grafton,
With a little whiskey in a jar.
We plugged in our amplifiers,
Lord we played for three days straight.
Packed up and went to Hartford,
Lord it was getting late.

Home is where the heart is,
Lord I love it so.
And if you tell me to leave it,
Lord I’ll never go.
Never go.
Never go.

Push Down and Turn

Written By: Henry Hotkowski

Push Down and Turn
Well pushing down old friend may lead you to an end
At which you never want to be
Looking down the road and try to ease your load
The future is something you won’t see
When you pop that top let your sorrows drop
Whole world opens up to you
Found yourself a friend the love it just won’t end
Until you have a history

Until you have a history
Chorus:
Push Down (push down and turn)
Push Down (push down and turn)
Push Down (push down and turn)
Push down on the bottle yeah.

Drinking of the wine
Better walk the line
Promises are left against the wall
Money is all gone
Better turn to wrong
How else can you live this way
Stealing from a purse you may start to curse
How much does it cost to tweak
Master tells you more and you can never snore
What a blanket misery
Chorus

Driving in your car or walking down the street
It’s terrific to be bcific burn some trees right off your feet

Fire in the bathroom blazing by the sink

Hey little buddy won’t you come outside and play
It’s terrific to be bcific you can light up any day
