Robb Rockwell

Robb Rockwell may be new to some of you but he’s no stranger to the music scene.
This “Rose City” Native has been submerged in music ever since the age of six.

He attributes his early exposure to the classics to his mother. He remembers the sounds of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Elvis Presley, and Bob Marley playing as she prepared her daily coffee. His began each morning with music. and it was there in his mother's kitchen that he began his journey.

Robb’s love for music grew even deeper when his older brother Daniel introduced him to what seemed like the alternate universe of Dance and Electronic back in the early 90’s.

As a senior in high school, he remembers trading prom tickets for turntables and a mixer.

That sacrifice was a window into the rest of his life. Music over everything. and that's the way it went from then on. There's no gig too small for a kid who just wants to spin, so like many, he started from the ground up, anything from house parties to weddings. His professional resume began in his own backyard, when he was hired as a house DJ at some of the hottest local spots in Oldtown Pasdena, such as Ixtapa, Barcelona, Villa Sorriso, and LIV Lounge.

But eventually, the gigs got bigger.

and by combining word of mouth, personal hustle, and impeccable skill, he
finally made it to the next level. He began landing gigs at indie fashion events in LA, which led to more work in San Francisco, San diego, Las Vegas, Arizona. He's rocked Hollywood venues such as House Of blues, The Kress, The Musicbox, Drais, Voyeur, The Avalon, Playhouse, and The Standard in downtown LA.
and so did the crowds. By combination of word of mouth, personal hustle, and just plain skill;
