Muskegon, Michigan: A place somewhere between a big town and a small city in size. A place where big dreams are often talked about but are seldom realized. A place where the temptations of partying, the beach, and downright laziness have ended the careers of many musicians and athletes alike. For ROB DOLLAZ, Muskegon has been both a blessing and a curse. It motivated him to pursue his dream of becoming a famous rapper, yet it created a constant battle against negativity and procrastination. But ROB DOLLAZ' journey really began on the mean streets of SouthSide Chicago. He was exposed to many harsh realities, but it was there that he would first discover hip-hop. At age 9, he wrote his first rap, only to put his aspirations on hold until he relocated to Michigan at age 12. After learning about his father's death and hooking up with other talent in the inner city area of Muskegon, he began writing intensely. However, it wasn't until he met THE RHINO after transferring schools in 2005 that his career began to take flight. He joined the hip-hop group produced by THE RHINO, SKEETOWN'S FINEST, and he along with many local legends have released multiple mixtapes and EP's. Now at age 20, ROB DOLLAZ is ready to step out on his own and deliver his brand of comical yet lyrical, and altogether charismatic hip-hop. Don't let his small stature fool you, ROB DOLLAZ is putting his city on his back and he is ready to show the world that he's not your average rapper......
