The Personal Jesus cd charted on cmj top 30 radio charts and Robert's Twilight Theatre double cd charted on CMJ top 10 charts. Jackson endorses Aria Pro 2 bass guitars. The video Personal Jesus was syndicated on four networks nationally and seen on such shows as top 40 videos LA and on the UPN Paramount channel. Robert's music has been described as slightly left of centre mainstream rock and when he performs solo acoustic it is with shades of Steve Earle, John Hiatt,Warren Zevon. The Personal Jesus cd has been described as a left of centre Bruce Springsteen meets Lou Reed,Iggy Pop, Warren Zevon meets Sisters of Mercy.
