A jazzy performance merging at times with some mellow blues. Robert has in the past has played in many outfits from rock, to jazz, and new age. Knowing that helps to truly feel the passion Robert Kramer adds to every note.
A smooth relaxing 6 song EP, Live At Fitgeralds showcases the talent of Kramer with an almost flawless live performance. The EP opens with a groove laden track "No Luck At All" that not only has a strong sound, it is also blended with a sense of humor. Great cocktail hour music as it has the swing that lets you unwind after a hard day and is not obtrusive. The entire EP has a subtle charm, however the biggest standout here is his incredible reworking of Sting's "If You Love Somebody Set Them Free".
