It was late in 2008 when Robert Nikho fell into the EDM scene. Like many involved in the genre these days, Nikho is a self taught DJ and producer, who purchased his first set of equipment with some of his savings. Luckily these are days in which a little money and some hard work can go quite a long way. He started to get booked for house parties and not long after got booked in clubs all around the city of Chicago. After years of experience in mixing songs, he decided to throw his hat into the producing game. Being inspired by the likes of Afrojack’s dutch bleeps to Dada Life’s heavy bass lines, Nikho’s producing style considers dance genres all across the board.

Nikho is a DJ/ Producer from Chicago who has been producing house music since the tender age of 17, and has played all clubs and festivals all over the Chicago area. He has just released a remix of Basto’s hit ‘I Rave You’ and I’ve got to be honest this track is straight fire. He takes Basto’s original synth led build up distorts it a tad and drops the song into a lighter electro house drop than the original. Diving into the industry in the form of DJing, Robert Nikho quickly taught himself the ropes through trial and error. While he started out small by simply playing for friends at house parties, he quickly found himself getting booked at college frat parties and then followed by clubs all over the city of Chicago. And before long, he found himself playing at festivals that included international artists such as Lazy Rich and Hatiras. But being unable to ignore the beats and melodies running through his own head, he began producing his own original tracks.
