Rob Hemmick

Rob has been playing the piano since he was four years old - but then - who hasn't?? He was shuffled off to the local mall for piano lessons after plucking out the tune to Chariot's of Fire, but let's be real - who hasn't done that either?
Rob got into songwriting right away - at first just creating little instrumental pieces to play for his family, then later he began adding words to the music.
These days, in live performance, Rob channels a direct & pure emotion, soul, and mood. He has a natural improvisational ability at the piano that takes his songs to another level.
Rob has spent the last five years or so in a state of musical creation - writing, performing, recording, and producing his new album - Sad Flight to the Sun.
For a self-produced indie album, the results seem almost amazing. The instrumentation is full of creativity, with Rob having played every instrument. Sad Flight to the Sun has taken so long to be born and Rob is beyond excited to begin promoting it.
