Bio

Rob's music has always come from his soul. His most recent recording is a combination of hard work, inspired words and toe tappin' tunes. It is music that speaks to you. It is music that challenges us to turn toward God to hear the answers to our most difficult questions.

Rob was born and raised in Washington State. Being one of six children allowed him the opportunity to be exposed to a varied sort of music while growing up. He learned to love Mozart, Bach, Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Rush, Led Zepplin and just about everything in between. Rob graduated from Grove school of Music in Los Angeles California in 1991. While there he studied guitar and music theory. After graduating from Grove he returned to his hometown and played in many different bands. Top 40, original music, country, and Christian rock were all areas he explored and expanded in as a musician. In 1995 he released his first music project-a compilation of original piano tunes. In 1997 he headed back to college and returned to music study. In the fall of 2000 he transferred to the University of Washington to study music composition. While attending the University, God led Rob to study Biblical history and languages. Hebrew and Aramaic are among the ancient languages that drew him into the program. In June 2005 he graduated with a Masters degree in Biblical studies and a minor in music. It is this unique combination of God's history and music study that allows Rob's music to touch your soul.

As Rob's music moves forward he looks ahead with hope and anticipation. Having people drawn to the Lord through this music is his deepest desire. To share the gifts God has given him with as many people as he can, is both and honor and a privilege. It is his prayer that all who hear his music will be blessed, encouraged and uplifted. Long term plans include another album and local touring.
