Rock Hard Power Spray is here to blow you away with a fresh mix of the hard rock riffs of the 90es played with the punk attitude of the 70es by the offspring of the 80es. Short, aggressive songs about important stuff like fucking, drinking and fighting…
A Danish 4 piece hard rock act, who has already experienced more than most bands dream of. They debuted on the Danish music scene in 2005 from out of nowhere, by producing and releasing a porn DVD entitled Rock’n’Fuck (filmed at a now legendary gig in their hometown). It instantly made the boys into frontpage material, and short after they proved that they fully deserved the publicity, by winning the worlds biggest live-music contest, The Emergenza Festival, in front of 7000 bands from all over the world.
Rock Hard Power Spray released their debut album, Commercial Suicide, in 2006 – a no bullshit punk rock album recorded and mixed in only 8 days. That aside, Rock Hard Power Spray still managed to get in high rotation on both Danish national radio and television and MTV. The release spawned a support job on a 40 gigs arena tour all over Europe with The Bloodhound Gang, a 60 gigs Danish tour and a 2 weeks trip to The States, where they played on Vans Warped Tour.
2007 took the band on tour in Germany, Finland, Denmark and a 20 days stay in China, where they headlined the Midi Festival in Beijing in front of 25.000 people and played a small club tour in Beijing and Shanghai. The second album, Trigger Nation, was produced and mixed in Los Angeles in December 2007 by Andrew Alekel (Queens Of The Stone Age, Fu Manchu, Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, etc.) and was released in the spring of 2008 to great reviews and a Danish Grammy Nomination for best Hard Rock Album and massive touring.
Rock Hard Power Spray is now getting ready to record their third album, and has just signed a publishing deal with Warner/Chappell Music Denmark as well as a deal with Target Distribution, one of the most successful and innovative hard rock labels in Europe. The 3rd album will be recorded during the spring/summer of 2010
and released in Scandinavia on November 15th 2010.
