Darbolavi Music Publishing is proud to announce two new songs called "NO MORE MONUMENTS" and "TELLING LIES" performed by the band. "Monuments" is a song with powerful lyrics and driving rythmns that is the anti war ballad for this generation while remaining respectful of soldier and politician alike. It is a statement for peace not specifically addressing the conflicts of today and does not advocate non support for our troops. The song is not political yet challenges world leaders to make honest attempts at preventing conflict and saving lives when possible.
"LIES" is a song about a lover who has had enough and is ready to move on with his life but wants his lover to know he is aware of the deceit in the relationship and of course the "lies." Having had enough, he states his mind and moves on in a confident way.

The ROCK 'N REBELS have many years of experience playing in other bands until they met to perform at a car show and found out how great their chemistry worked together. They don't like being locked in any one genre because they like music from all decades, past to present. They interpret the songs so all audiences can enjoy. The Beatles influence the songwriting style of the composers and the band plays them in the styles of today. They are unique in their desire to play music with meaning and depth and to avoid music that is demeaning, racist or overly sexual. The lyrics of the original music are powerful, poetic, romantic and sometimes angry but are generally songs with depth and the band performs these songs with the same power and depth. RNR plays in clubs in the New England area and has developed a large following. They could play in a club known for heavy metal bands and they fill it with people that like the sound of their music. No matter what the venue, the band is well liked and gets call backs for return gigs.
The youngest member, Tommy Troville has a contemporary voice that is as good any male singer today and is waiting to be discovered. He can imitate John Lennon or McCartney to Billy Idol and now his own great voice can be heard on the original music of his Uncle and Dad. Ron Moreno has a strong voice and shares leads with Tommy on many cover tunes and is an animated, talented performer. Tom Troville sings backup and plays bass and keyboards, and has been playing in groups for over twenty years starting with his brother Darcy in the 80's. Dave Lungo, is a passionate drummer and seeks perfection while at the same time having fun driving the beat of the band and providing backup on songs and singing leads on others. This band, with the great material written for them, has the potential to make a lot of noise in the industry if they can get the break of being heard by the right person at the right time.
