Rock Paper Scissors

Rock Paper Scissors is an Acoustic classic rock group from central Wisconsin. It began after the band members of Blue Jade parted ways to pursue other musical avenues. And it features the talents of: Renee Thompson (Vocals and Percussion) Dave Hyypio (Vocals Guitars and Harmonica) Tim Krogman (Vocals Guitars and Mandolin) Marty Nellessen (Vocals Guitars) Renee Thompson has been singing since she can remember is a former Member of “Loose Strings” a Central Wisconsin Bluegrass Band and also a founding member of “Granddad and Friends a Central Wisconsin Coffee house acoustic band and “Blue Jade” a Central Wisconsin Classic Rock Band. Renee continues to stop audiences in their tracks as they listen. As Otis McLennon of “Otis and the Alligators” stated “The voice of an angel” Dave Hyypio took up the guitar at young age. Dave is a former Member of “Granddad and Friends” and a Founding Member of “Blue Jade” Dave’s guitar style is rooted in Blues and Rock and Roll. Dave continues to keep the groove moving with his fine guitar playing and leads. Tim Krogman also started playing guitar at a young age and is a former member of “Next Exit” and “Loose Strings” as well as a founding member of “Granddad and Friends” and “Blue Jade” Tim’s 6 and 12 string guitars keeps the rhythm. Tim also brings the mandolin along for the show. Marty Nellessen brings lead guitar and will be doing some more shows in the future.
