Folks if you have not gotten a chance to hear Rocky Yelton and The Hired Guns...let me tell you, with all sincerity...they are really, really good. I first heard them last year (2019) at The Barn, and I did a complete head turn when they fired up. I was working but stopped to listen, which is a rare opportunity for me at The Barn. This year, I paid closer attention to the comments from the people in the crowd, and I heard a LOT of (better than) great comments from people who were really impressed. Way to go RYHG, thanks for coming (again) and keep doing your thing. WE also appreciate the magnitude of your efforts on promoting the show. It means a lot.

Forming in 2003, Rocky and "The Guns" have performed throughout the south eastern United States predominately in North and South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. They have appeared in small venues, commercially sponsored auto shows, large outdoor festivals and have had the privilege of opening for artists such as Adam Church, Andy Griggs, Billy Dean, Bryan White, Chris Cagle, Danelle Peck, Gary Allan, Jamey Johnson and Kentucky Headhunters. In addition to these credits, RYHG competed on SpeedTV's "Fast Track To Fame" at Bristol Motor Speedway and won 1st place. This secured them as a finalist to compete at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the "Fast Track To Fame Battle Of Champions" finale. Other notable venues include, Food Lion Speed Street in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jim Stafford Theater in Branson, Missouri, MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada and performed for General Motors at the Indianapolis 500 in Indiana. Rocky Yelton and The Hired Guns are a bunch of down to earth guys and have a reputation of professional cooperation. Whether it's a small club or large venue, the band gives every show 100%.
