KINSTON North Carolina is home to Rodney Outlaw and his creative beginnings. Trees, Tobacco farms, dirty, hard work, box chevys, real food. INFLUENCES, Al Greene, Otis Redding, Ray Charles,
and more recently Buddy Guy. These legends inspire Rodney's style in addition to Petey Pablo, Outkast, Young Bloodz, Lil John. LATER, Moved to Hampton VA, and released his first indenpendent album with various artist thru his own label Evul Beatz. The album went to stores in the SOUTH and a tour followed. Life is life and events shook up the next few years. All the while Outlaw was making music and writing. NOW, residing in SEATTLE WA, Rodney Outlaw is focusing on his own music. With his album already on itunes and rhapsody, HE is primed for a BIG release; This time thru OUTLAW ENTERTAINMENT GROUP.
